Maintenance Support Staff

The Maintenance Support Staff collaborates with the shelter operations team to maintain the facility, perform repairs, cleaning, and maintenance tasks, and ensures safety and organization standards are met, you will with security, deliveries, and participate in meetings and adhere to agency policies. Bookkeeper

The bookkeeper performs tasks that involve processing accounts payable/receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, handling payroll, and maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers. Additional responsibilities include managing office supplies, maintaining organizational contact lists, and providing clerical support to the Finance & Admin team. Case Manager

The Case Manager provides case management services, support, and referrals to appropriate services as needed to FO guests. The Case Manager works respectfully with populations experiencing homelessness and understands how to engage people who have likely experienced trauma and difficult life circumstances. The Case Manager completes assessments, accesses community resources and support services; must be flexible and have computer skills to navigate general use and learn client database. Access Point Evening Site Manager

The Site Manager will play a key role on the Franciscan Outreach team and will work in conjunction with other Shelter Manager(s) and the Director, Shelter Operations (Director), Site Administrator, and partners to coordinate and supervise the Access Point Center’s daily operations.
